Pat, the management of Silver Oaks has stooped to a new low: Silver Oaks residents were locked out of the community room they have been using for their meetings, by Silver Oaks management, this past Friday, August 5, 2011. Presumably, the residents are now supposed to have their meetings in the open air, exposed to the elements, in the complex's parking lot.
