If I'm reading this right it is far more than just 18 million. The tax runs for 25 years at 1.3 million per year right? That works out to 32.5 million, about double the cost of the projected new building. Please turn down this tax.

I frankly would hire a recent private school high school graduate rather than some of the people coming out of our universities these days. -

Well, if you're Catholic, Jesus institued through his disciples that marriage was a sacrament and not just an "arrangement". So, for at least 1700+ years that concept has been part of the ethic of society. Granted that this is not "world-wide since the beginning of tribes to nations" but 1700+ years is a fairly long track record. -
