ReplyI love these photos. I spent much of my childhood in pre-lights Wrigley Field. My Dad and his brother navigated a web of trolleys to get from their home in Cicero to Wrigley Field after the Cubs moved there. They'd clean the stands before the game for free admission so they could watch their favorite player, catcher Gabby Hartnett.

ReplyI'm creating lots of problems with recipes for you, Chocoholic. The egg salad recipe is in my last post here on the Patch called Speedy Cooking with Easter Leftovers. It is currently accessible in the sidebar to the right, but should also be accessible through the "more posts" link on the front page, beneath the last post there.
My apologies! -

ReplyHi Chocoholic. I'm one too. Thanks for reading. That particular recipe has not been published yet. It is slated for an upcoming touchscreen cookbook. But it is as simple as described above. If you'd like a more detailed description please visit the Easy Weekly Meals site and send me an email via the contact tab. I'll be happy to send you a complimentary copy of the recipe.

ReplySo sorry for all who have peanut allergies! Of course this one is not for you. Watch for friendlier recipes soon. Some people are able to supplement with freshly ground almond butter, but must ensure that peanuts are not also processed on the same machinery.
