I run a wellness business in Kent, Ohio, Niche Wellness. I am a graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Association program. This intensive curriculum trains to address nutrition from a holistic perspective and teach the importance of properly prepared whole foods that are delicious, nourish the body, and restore good health. I am aware of the complications and frustrations associated with navigating the world of “health foods”. Inspired by the local food movement, organic farming, and the Weston A Price Foundation, I am dedicated to natural health. With a desire to help others who are suffering or simply more interested in gaining greater insight into his or her food and body, Niche Wellness was developed. Focus areas include digestive disorders, healing diets, food allergies and sensitivities, along with connecting individuals to local real food.
