Stow Mayor Sara Drew said sharing services with neighboring communities, including Kent, will be key to the city's success in 2013. Drew made the comment during her delivery of Stow's State of the City address given to Stow City Council. Drew said improving the S.R. 59 corridor between Stow and Kent will help both cities improve their tax base and make Stow a one-stop shop for everything people need. "We're improving the Stow-Kent Plaza and Kent has improved its downtown," Drew said earlier this month. "We have the book ends in place and now we just have to fill in the middle."
