Five-month drug task force probe results in arrest of Etta Mae Wilson of Brady Lake.
A Brady Lake woman suspected of distributing drugs in Kent and other nearby towns has been arrested by the Portage County Drug Task Force and charged with cocaine trafficking. On July 12 task force agents arrested Etta Mae Wilson, 42, of 6385 Westshore Drive in Brady Lake, along with Paris Darnell Miller, 21, of Akron, and charged them with trafficking in cocaine with a juvenile present, a fourth-degree felony, according to Portage County Sheriff David W. Doak. The arrest took place at Mill and Romito streets in Ravenna. Doak said in a press release that Wilson was in possession of heroin, cocaine and prescription drugs at the time of her arrest. Officers in the Portage County Drug Task Force raided two Kent houses Thursday night seizing drugs and making several arrests for dealing. The Portage County Sheriff's Office released the following statement: The drug raids were at 551 Franklin Ave. and 263 Indian Valley Dr. The task force seized crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana and numerous prescription drugs at the Franklin Ave residence. Heroin and cocaine was seized at the 263 Indian Valley address. Charged with trafficking in drugs was Michael Albaugh, 42, last known address of 1035 Garden View Drive of Kent.
