SeekingArrangement.com released a list of the "Fastest Growing Sugar Baby Schools,” ranking colleges where it says the most women are signing up for the site. Kent State was listed number 11 on the list, according to a press release. Members sign up for this dating site as either a sugar daddy, sugar momma or sugar baby.
