Caught! 'Fugitive of the Week' Nabbed in Cleveland
Tip to U.S. Marshal's office led to Roy Young's arrest.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force’s “Fugitive of the Week" was arrested in Cleveland this week, U. S. Marshal Peter J. Elliot confirmed. Roy Young Jr. was caught just after 1 p.m. on Dec. 11, one day after being named Fugitive of the Week. Young was initially believed to be hiding in Lorain County. “We grabbed him this afternoon,” Elliot, of the Northern District of Ohio Marshal's office, said. “We caught him in the 3400 block near W. 120 in Cleveland.” Elliot said it was a hotline tip that led to Young’s arrest. “We arrested him there,” Elliot said. “He was not armed.” Elliot said Young was alone when arrested.
