Do you think the government should do more to explain changes after major Supreme Court rulings? LetRead More us know in the comments or a blog post? I think a lot of time the public relies on the media to present and publicize new rulings and what they mean. Unfortunately, if it isn't what the media considers a top news story it isn't shared. It would be nice if everything was available in layman's terms.

Don't ya just love the picture of $20 's? Makes it look like a great thing, right? People willRead More remember that picture and think there was an actual improvement. That dime extra is already gone the second you have to buy anything plus more with the higher sales tax. 50 years ago when I was working for a Japanese company they gave raises like this. Every three months. Nickels, dimes, sometimes even a quarter. Every three months. 50 years ago, that was a lot. Now if they would raise it $5, it might actually help, but a dime?

I hope young people realize how ineffective the law is and demand it be changed. With the rise inRead More Sales Tax, this dime might as well just be sent to the state by an employer, because it sure isn't enough to help wages.
