Does anyone have one good thing to say about a business have you ever been in their sites andRead More handled unruly customers? Sometimes it pays to be pleasant first...try the old saying you attract more bees with honey than you do with vinegar.

Rididculous! Saw a Dr. Ray Leone, a good doctor, I believe, he saw me and did not prescribe anyRead More medication for 2 days while I had to have my pharmacist call and remind him. He was there for 2 months, in that time he ordered testosterone blood work.....had the blood work done, went back to my next appointment and was told that he does not do testosterone readings after he had already ordered the lab work which I had in my hand and had to go to a separate lab to have bloodwork taken. My PCP was perturbed when she found out that lab work was done, and that she was told by Pain and Spine Mgmt. that she would have to handle.....Which was fine but she had to have her office call them to obtain the results that they say that they had, but also said that they do not handle? Also went to a rheumatologist for help with my joint pain.... He discovered a heart murmur during routine exam. I called Spine and Pain Mgmt. and told them that their 2 doctors that examined me did not tell me about a murmur! Receptionist/assistant, Casey, said "Oh our doctors do not listen to your heart or breathing!" I said Dr. Leone did on my first appointment and that any doctor worth half of their hippocratic oath does this routine exam. Next thing I know, is that I receive a letter telling me they are dropping me as a patient for not following instructions regarding medication. Anytime I had any problem with meds I called, so that it was ALWAYS documented. It has nothing to do with me and meds in reality, it has to do with the assistant being upset at how I explained their errors, relaying that to Dr. Vucetic, who instead of calling me, concerned about my heart and health, had a letter drafted and signed saying he was dropping me from their practice. Casey, assistant with avery shrill voice, was very snippy, rude, codescening, and repugnant. I also would steer clear of this facility, if you want comprehensive help, and honesty. Between their 2 offices, in Bath, and Kent, they seem lost! They fail to confer with your other doctors regarding your health, I feel.
