West Side Fire Station

Kent's West Side Fire Station is the second of two stations located within the city. The West Side Fire Station primarily serves neighborhoods on the city's western edge and provides fire service to the communities of Franklin Township, Twin Lakes and Sugar Bush Knolls per contracts with the city. Typically, less than half a dozen personnel man the station at any given time. The station is funded by a fire levy and operates on about $274,000 annually.
