I was childsitting a 7 year old that wanted to eat at subway he also wanted to order our sub for us.The subway employee who served him gave him his cold cut combo.The problem was the meat didnt cover half the bun the lettuce,spinich and mayao wouldnt feed a mouse,after driving 20 minutes home I open the sub to find half of it was not their. I drive 20 min. back, the employee looks at me like I killed his sub and wanted more free food,the only problem was i gave their sub back the way I recieved it.I wanted reimbursed for my driving time of 1 hour so I requested a chicken sub instead of a cold cut combo,they said they cant do that they can only exchange the cold cut.I asked why if all their subs are only 5 dollars ,whats 5 bucks.The employee says I can have my sub or my money,I took the money bought 2 cookies and left ,they do have good cookies.Im dissapointed in the way they fixed a problem that they caused.
