I had several problems with Portage Comm. Health Center in Kent, they do not respond to there prepared nurse's request and refill line, and on scheduled appointments they have you wait around more than 30 minutes or so to be seen, and their excuse is that the physician's get behind but this was a scheduled appointment for 8:30am in the morning...this a poor excuse for bad service, and this was not the first time this was done...
