When I needed their help there was no waiting. I can work on a computer I just don't understand computer talk. This was my son's computer. They took time with me to explain what was wrong. They even recommended a better virus protection than what I was using. I still use it today. I have not had any problems than wanting a new computer seeing all the new style out there.
