Machines are old and poorly maintained. You may not get hot water, as I didn't. You may put your coins into a machine only to have the machine advance part way through its cycle and than stop, leaving your clothes in a dirty soppy mix. What do you do after this? Hope you can slosh your soaking clothes to another machine that might not work either? This business has been in this condition for an extended time period and they must be aware of this miserable circumstance, but have done nothing to fix it. Yuch. Benefits: Great location, country music playing from behind the wall. This must be hillbilly heaven.

This is the worst possible place to do laundry. The short story: not one of the washers seems to be fully operational, and there are no attendants to fix the many, many problems you will encounter. It would literally be easier and more efficient to just wash your clothes by hand in a bathtub. If possible, I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars.

The long story: The two washers I used wouldn't start at all, and there were no attendants to help me. Fortunately, the man at Bruno's, a neighboring business (who may or may not own the place; he wouldn't say), was able to fix them. But even then, both machines stopped before the cycle was done. One was filled with soapy water. The other had drained, but there were big clumps of detergent in my clothes, which were clearly not clean at all... the underarms still had deodorant marks, etc. The man at Bruno's also had a key to start the washers, so he started the rinse cycle on two *different* washers to finish washing my clothes. But just like last time, these two didn't work either: one just filled with water then stopped, and the other didn't appear to do anything at all. I ended up rinsing my clothes BY HAND in the water-filled washer, then wringing them out so I could put them in the dryer. The only good thing about this place was that the dryers (or at least, the one I used) work.

This appears to be an extremely disreputable place, and has no excuse to be in business. Stay away at all costs.
