Fashion Show Benefits Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity of Portage County is teaming up with the ’s School of Fashion and Design for “Hard Hats & Heels Fashion Show” set for Saturday.

More than 125 students have created unique fashion designs using building materials purchased at the ReStore and will have their designs modeled on the runway. A judged contest, this evening will be filled with creativity, a full runway show, and awareness for housing issues in Portage County.

Tickets are $7 and are available at the ReStore: 1510 S. Water St. Tickets will also be available at the door.

This event is located at the Kent State Ballroom at the KSU Campus. Doors open at 7 p.m. Show begins at 8 p.m. For more information, call 330-296-2880.
