This weekend will be like most weekends at The Kent Stage, three or four concerts attracting hundreds of music fans into Kent, OH from across the region. All looking to enjoy a night or two of dining, music and fun. Two of this weekend's events are featured in both the Scene and Plain Dealer. In fact, The Sibling Rivalry Tour (Meet the Mayfields) and Bruce Hornsby concert are both features in the Scene.
The Mayfields are two of the Kent's best known musicians and are coming home for the holidays. Hornsby is a Grammy award winner, former member of The Dead and lead singer of both "The Range" and "The Noisemakers." Hornsby's concert will consist of Bruce and a nine foot Steinway Concert Grand piano. No Range or Noisemakers.
