Kent State Sues Ex-Basketball Coach Geno Ford, Draws National Attention Over Dispute

University claims Ford breached his contract

It didn't take long for lawyers to get involved after Geno Ford left his head coaching job with Kent State University's men's basketball team for a higher-paying job at Bradley University.

Kent State is suing Ford for $1.2 million as part of his buyout clause.
