SilverSneakers cardio circuit

This class is open to those 65 and older. Upper-body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with nonimpact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises. Exercise for 45 minutes then socialize over coffee, tea and snacks.
