Headwaters Adventure Race

Run, Pedal and Paddle for Trails and Watershed Conservation!

Go solo or grab a friend and create a team to have a great time for a good cause in beautiful Northern Portage County. Presented by the Portage Park District Foundation, the Headwaters Adventure Race starts and ends in historic Mantua Village and involves a 2-mile run on the Headwaters Trail past a State nature preserve, a 10-mile cycle past scenic landscapes and preserved farmlands, and a 5-mile paddle on the lovely Upper Cuyahoga State Scenic River.

Registration is $40/person ($25 for age 18 and under); canoe or kayak rental extra (register early, rentals are limited).

This race is part of the Crooked River Adventure Race Series, along with the Black Squirrel Triathlon and the Brady's Leap Adventure Race.  Enter all three!  Prizes for the top overall times for solo and 2-person teams entering all three races.
