Green Drinks is a mildly-structured social gathering of environmental professionals and interested non-professionals. Topics of conversation may include preparation for a low-carbon future and impact on transportation, food distribution, and housing systems; the nature of economic activity in an ecosystem of limited resources; co-operative preservation of cultural and natural resources, and Backyard Chickens. The joy of civil discourse among learned persons of diverse opinions is encouraged.
There is no admission charge. The restaurant does require a ten-dollar-per-person minimum purchase.
