Construction is moving quickly on the $14.3 million University Edge student housing complex at the former site of Sunrise Apartments on Rhodes Road.

The apartment complex will replace the 98-unit community with about 200 units targeted towards students at neighboring Kent State University.

The complex is expected to open by the fall of 2012.
