Kent State's Summer Graduate List Now Available

Close to 1,200 students walked across the MAC Center stage this summer earning associate, bachelor's and graduate degrees from .
Here's a breakdown of the numbers from the Aug. 11 and Aug. 13 ceremonies:
• Kent awarded 135 associate degrees, 738 bachelor's degrees and 503 graduate degrees

• Of the 229 bachelor's degree students who graduated with honors, 50 earned summa cum laude (3.8 to 4.0 grade point average), while 58 were magna cum laude and 121 were cum laude.
• 43 associate degree students graduated with distinction, which is awarded when students earn a GPA of 3. 5or better for all undergraduate studies and have completed a minimum of 32 credit hours.
