Kent State Demolishes House on North Lincoln

Demolition is second this month on North Lincoln Street following Robin Hood razing

Only rubble remains of the house that stood at 202 N. Lincoln St. following its demolition by Kent State University.

The city issued a demolition permit to the university Friday for the house, which the Kent State Foundation obtained in 2008. The property is adjacent to the parking lot for the Kent State Lincoln Building.

The demolition is the second in two weeks on North Lincoln Street following the March 12 at the corner of East Main and North Lincoln streets.
