Kent Residents Earn Degrees at The University of Akron
Two were awarded master's degrees and nine earned bachelor's
The following Kent residents were awarded degrees during The University of Akron’s recent fall 2011 commencement ceremonies:
- Kulling Abi, bachelor of arts
- Kristofer Baldwin, bachelor of science in computer information systems and an associate of applied business in computer information systems
- Austin Bensinger, bachelor of arts in education
- Laura Cessna, master of science in education
- Scott Dean, bachelor of science in construction engineering technology
- Michael Dinsmore, master of science
- Caroline Drotar, bachelor of arts in interpersonal and public communication, women’s studies
- Cassandra Gosmer, bachelor of science in political science/criminal justice
- Amanda Ludwick, bachelor of arts/social work
- Alex Reed, bachelor of business administration
- Frederick Smith, bachelor of science in education
