This will be a blind tasting, where you first rate each wine on a score card without seeing the label. Then, after you rate the wines, we'll reveal the labels. The tasting will include a Wine 101 class and hors d’oeuvres to match the many nuances of this wine. Reservations and pre-payment are required no later than Feb. 22.
