Kent State’s Pan-African Studies Hosts Finkelman Lecture on Ohio Slave Fugitive Law and Oberlin Case

This event is a part of the “Cosmopolitanism and Diversity in the African World” lecture series. The Kent State University’s Department of Pan-African Studies proudly presents a lecture by Paul Finkelman. Finkelman is the William McKinley Distinguished Professor of Law and Public Policy and Senior Fellow at the Albany Law School’s Governor Law Center in Albany, N.Y.
