Community Update

This place has the most unprofessional staff I have ever met. They are rude, inconsiderate and in my opinion, connected to an awful, predatory company called City Service Towing. They require visitor passes, but their offices close at 4:30. They tow people who were given permission to visit because of the lack of permits that are not obtainable. They don't care that it might be freezing outside, or that the tenant being visited might not have a car to take the person home who had their car stolen by City Service Towing. They don't care about the safety of the college students who make up their customer demographics. They don't have a reasonable towing policy like places like University Edge Apartments. They rely on slimy companies like City Service Towing to trample on the rights of visitors who according to Kent code are not trespassing if they have the right to possession of such real property that would be granted by a resident of the apartment complex. They have an obviously rehearsed answer for the problem which indicates they are completely aware of their dangerous tactics. I can only imagine that if this is how they do something like parking, the apartments themselves would not be someplace you would want to put your student and not worry about the safety of them.
