New Senior Housing Taking Lease Applications this Month

Maple Brook at Golden Pond set to open in 2014

Cleveland-based developer NRP Group is accepting lease applications for the new senior housing complex under construction off S.R. 261 near KentRidge.

The Maple Brook at Golden Pond senior housing complex, designed for residents 55 and older, will include up to 68 apartments.

The NRP group issued the following press release about accepting lease applications:

Kent’s newest senior apartments, Maple Brook at Golden Pond, located at Sunnybrook Road and S.R. 261, will begin taking resident applications for move-ins scheduled for January 2014.

Currently under construction, the community is designed for independent 
living for those 55 and better. Individuals interested in applying can do so at the leasing center at Four Seasons at Kent, 5956 Horning Road, on Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

“Maple Brook offers distinctive one and two-bedroom apartment homes nestled within a warm, friendly atmosphere,” said Randi Reed, Community Manager. “We’ve already had substantial interest from seniors interested in living in this community."
