New Senior Housing Gets Sign Approval

Maple Brook at Golden Pond will have 2 monument signs

A new senior housing project in Kent will have two free-standing monument signs thanks to the Kent Board of Zoning Appeals.

The zoning board voted Monday to grant a variance to allow two monument signs for the Maple Brook at Four Seasons project, which could be under construction by the end of the year.

The project, being built by Cleveland-baseed NRP Group, will bring more than 60 unites for low-income seniors to Kent.
