Here’s the latest batch of building permits issued by the Kent Community Development Department:

• Fairmount Properties, 210 S. DePeyster St., Bricco Restaurant, no cost listed (this eatery will be the first-floor anchor tenant in the new apartment building under construction downtown across from the Kent State Hotel).
• Genghis Property LLC, 176 E. Main St. (Acorn Corner building), Secret Cellar wine and jazz bar tenant build out, no cost listed
• RLB Phoenix Properties, 195 E. Erie St., office remodel for Metis Construction (firm responsible for managing Acorn Alley construction projects), $2,800
• College Town Kent LLC, 295 S. Water St., suite 108, sign for One Love Yoga, no cost listed
