Kent Residents Can Find Answers, Report Problems Online
Kent's 'Citizen Center' has lots of FAQs and ways to report issues to different city departments
Kent residents can report a pothole, ask when their street will be plowed or find out how to pay a parking ticket — all with the click of a mouse.
The "Citizen Center," available on the city's website, offers a host of answers to a list of FAQs, lets residents ask a question of their own or simply report a problem or register a complaint.
Suzanne Robertson, administrative assistant to the city manager, also manages the Citizen Center. She makes sure complaints and questions go to the appropriate city departments for response.

Robertson said the website has gotten more than 20,000 hits since it was launched in 2008.
