Kent Earns Finance Award from State
Ohio Auditor bestows 'Award with Distinction' on Kent
The city of recently earned recognition from the Ohio Auditor's Office, which bestowed the "Auditor of State Award wiih Distinction" on the city.
The award was granted for the city's most recent "clean" financial audit conducted by the state.
Jim Armeni, a representative from the State Auditor's Office, presented the award to Kent Finance Director Dave Coffee at a recent Kent council meeting.
