A public meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., Thursday, December 1 at the Richard Howe House located at 47 West Exchange Street in Akron to discuss local and regional transportation issues.
The Citizens Involvement Committee of AMATS will discuss which two communities will receive funding through the agency’s Connecting Communities Planning Grant Program. The committee will also discuss the use of social media to promote public engagement in transportation planning.
