The story of downtown Kent's redevelopment has been told and retold and likely will be told again hundreds of times in the years to come.
But this month it's Properties Magazine's turn to tell the story of the more than $100 million redevelopment that's remaking the city's image as more of a college town.
The monthly Northeast Ohio publication about real estate, construction and architecture spotlights the Tree City by putting downtown Kent on the cover.
The issue comes about a month after the city received the Best Project Award for 2012 from the Ohio Economic Development Association.
