Building Permits: Two Demos And a Preschool On The Grow
The following information is provided by the Kent Community Development Department.
It's winter, which explains why only three building permits have been issued by the Kent Building Services Division since Jan. 18:
- Welcome Home Builders of Ohio Inc. of Kent, contractor for Looking Glass Learning Center, 1393 Mogadore Road, temporary build-out of front room, $7,000, issued Jan. 18
- Ralph Baratko Excavating of Spencer, OH, contractor for owner C. Joseph Barnette of Kent, house demolition at 976 Cherry St., $13,800, issued Jan. 21
- O.B.O. Demolition & Construction Inc. of Cleveland for owner Brenda Richards of Mantua, demolish residential structure and garage at 232/234 Lake St., $9,442, issued Feb. 3
