Another new downtown Kent business has the OK to put up a sign as part of the Fairmount Properties redevelopment project.

- Dan Maltempi, 1031 Roy Marsh Drive, 4 foot fence in rear yard, no cost listed
- Rob Fisher, 1163 Windward Lane, 4 foot fence in rear yard, no cost listed
- Scott Hamilton, 738 Dominion Drive, build pool house, $28,000
