Another new downtown Kent business has the OK to put up a sign as part of the Fairmount Properties redevelopment project.

Read the latest batch of permits issued by the :

  • Fairmount Properties, 100 E. Erie St., Suite 112, install sign for Fresco Mexican Grill and Salsa Bar, $9,000
  • Bill McIntyre, 1016 Adrian Ave., basement finish, $25,000
  • Dan Maltempi, 1031 Roy Marsh Drive, 4 foot fence in rear yard, no cost listed
  • Rob Fisher, 1163 Windward Lane, 4 foot fence in rear yard, no cost listed
  • Scott Hamilton, 738 Dominion Drive, build pool house, $28,000
