- Portage County Commissioners, 303 E. Main St., new courthouse, $8 million
- Europe Gyro, 107 S. DePeyster St., deck and bathroom changes, $35,000
- Kent Wells Sherman House, 247 N. Water St., relocation/renovation foundation permit, no cost listed
