Building Permit: Laziza at Acorn Alley

Final construction on the Mediterranean restaurant Laziza at Acorn Alley II has the go-ahead from the city's building department.

The issued the tenant build-out permit for Laziza this month.

The permit info is as follows:

  • RLB Phoenix Properties, 195 E. Erie St., Laziza tenant build-out suite 101, $250,000

Laziza is one of several restaurants coming to the new Acorn Alley II redevelopment. It will occupy the northwest corner space at the intersection of Erie Street and South DePeyster Street.

A restaurant of about 5,000 square feet with 175 seats, it will feature Mediterranean food as well as steaks and seafood.
