Portage Sheriff Department Searching for Missing Man
The 45-year-old man was reported missing on May 15.
Portage County Lt. Gregory A. Johnson said Monday morning that the investigation continues for a 45-year-old Norton man reported missing by his wife on May 15.
Sheriff David Doak is requesting the public's assistance in locating Jeffrey J. Hathaway from Norton. Hathaway is described as a white male, 6’ 02’, 220 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes and no facial hair at the time.
He was last seen on Wednesday, May 15 at 11 a.m.

During the early morning hours of Thursday, May 16 Hathaway’s vehicle was found in a parking lot at the Berlin Reservoir Wildlife Area located on Fewtown Road in Deerfield Township, Portage County, according to a prepared statement.
Over the last two days and extensive search has been conducted of this area but Hathaway has not been located.

"He is still missing," said Johnson on May 20.
Doak is requesting anyone with information or anyone seeing Hathaway to call the Portage County Sheriffs Office at 330-296-5100.
