A two-car crash on Haymaker Parkway at South DePeyster Street near the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center slowed traffic downtown this afternoon.
Kent Police Lt. James Prusha said no serious injuries were reported as a result of the accident, which happened at 12:32 p.m.
"The fire department went out there, but no one got transported to the hospital, so if there were any injuries they were not severe enough to go to the hospital," Prusha said.
