The two 15-year-olds were trying to out rap each other in videos posted to a social media site. One of the teens created a video on Facebook disrespecting the other teen, who then made a video in retalition, according to the report. That video included threats, according to police.

The videos were forwarded on to friends, who were alarmed enough to go to school administrators.

The police report says the boys will be dealt with internally at the school, and that the matter has also been forwarded to Solon Police's juvenile officer.

Snowball firing squad - On Dec. 31, a man called Stow Police to report criminal mischief in his neighborhood.

The man said four juveniles rang his doorbell and when he and his wife answered the door, the boys threw snowballs at the door, the report stated. It was unclear whether the couple was hit with any of the snowballs.

Later, the man saw the group of boys standing at a nearby street corner arguing with a man who was yelling at them for throwing snowballs at his car, according to police.

When police arrived, they could not find the boys.

Handcuffed on Christmas - A man walked into the Lakewood Police Department with a handcuff attached to his wrist at around 9 p.m. Dec. 25.

After learning that he wasn’t on the lam, officers helped the man get the cuffs off with bolt cutters.

The report didn’t explain how the man got stuck in handcuffs.
