Charges in Death of Kent State Student Could Take Weeks

Prosecutor's office awaiting final details from incomplete crash report

It could be weeks before a Streetsboro man knows whether he'll be charged with a crime after causing .

The Delaware County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing the March 22 crash involving Joshua T. Morris, 32, and 19-year-old Rachael Carlina Woodruff. Woodruff, of Loveland, OH, was driving home on spring break in Delaware County just north of Columbus.

The prosecutor's office is awaiting the completion of the crash report from the Delaware County post of the Ohio Highway Patrol. According to the highway patrol, the report is incomplete and it could take a few weeks before it's available to the public.

A sophomore at , Woodruff was an intervention specialist major in the  College of Education, Health and Human Services at the Kent campus. She was laid to rest Monday at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Cincinnati.
