Bernie Kosar Arrested by Solon Police for Drunken Driving

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback posted $500 bond.

Bernie Kosar, beloved former Cleveland Browns quarterback, was arrested for drunken driving in Solon on Sunday morning, Sept. 29.

Kosar was pulled over around 2:45 a.m. heading east on US 422 when he was pulled over, according to Solon Police.

Officers could smell alcohol coming from inside the car and had Kosar perform a field sobriety test. He was arrested for drunken driving and later posted a $500 bond.

He is due at Bedford Municipal Court on Oct. 1.
