"A white Jeep was traveling north on DePeyster Street, and it made a left turn onto Main Street there and struck a pedestrian," Short said. "The (victim) was transported and already released" from the hospital.

The second crash involved two pedestrians and happened at 12:37 a.m. Saturday.

Short said Latresha A. Fuchs was driving south on Water Street near Erie Street when she veered to the right and hit Kayla N. Freriks and Marci L. Herr.

"After the pedestrians were struck the driver continued north and struck a parked car that was unoccupied," he said. "Alcohol may be a factor."

The third crash happened Sunday at 2:50 a.m. on North Lincoln Street, where Doron P. Kutash was hit. The driver fled the scene.

Kutash is recovering in the hospital with leg injuries, according to his Facebook page.
