3 Stop Signs, 2 Loads of Laundry Stolen: Police Blotter

All information is according to Kent Police. Arrest information does not indicate conviction.

Three of the city's stop signs were reported stolen Sept. 9.

The signs were taken from the intersection of East College Avenue and South Willow Street. Each sign was valued at $100.

Laundry nabbed

A resident in the 800 block of Silver Meadows Boulevard reported two loads of laundry were stolen Sept. 8.

One load of laundry contained five Pepsi work uniforms. The second load contained bath towels and underwear. The laundry was valued at $300.

Business vandalized

A restaurant on Kent's north side reported a window was broken Sept. 9.

Police estimated the damage to Digger's, at 802 N. Mantua St., to be $100.
