Community Update

Really awful service. We try to go local instead of chain stores, but this computer store was truly awful. They told us our computer would be ready in 1-2 weeks... 6 weeks later, we got back a half-fixed computer. Throughout the repair process, they never called with updates. We had to continually call them or stop by the store to find out what was going on. At one point, we got a call that our laptop was fixed, but upon arriving at the store, it was still in pieces! They didn't even get it working properly! I tried starting it before I paid, and it was very slow to start. The store employee had the gall to say "oh, it might be a virus." I asked why they hadn't checked that out, and he said, "oh, you didn't ask us to." Are you kidding me? What a bunch of slackers. Taking my business elsewhere.
