Stow Kent Animal Hospital.

I have never taken my dog to the vets here and just because the one I had was closer. My dog got gravely sick. I called my vet and they were closed. I looked on line and Stow Kent Animal Hospital was open late. I go in for my appointment that rushed in for me. I will say it was run just like a hospital. They took my dog back and the nurse went thru the paperwork with me. I met with the vet and she was really nice and compassionate. She gave me the options and even told us about her dog that had the same issue. My dog Tiny had a problem with her stomach. We were faced with the gravest decision. She did give some options but Tiny was 15 years old, so we did what the vet recommended, euthanize her. It was heart wrenching. I had my 2 young kids as well as my wife and baby. The way the vet and her team treated us like they felt it just as bad as we did. I would imagine they do this often but I felt a real connect with the nurses and vet. It was a very hard decision for me to make. Tiny had been with my wife and I 15 years. Tiny guarded my kids as if they were hers. It was a tough one BUT the way the whole staff treated us just cant be written in words enough. I will always go there for life. THANK-YOU! Customer for life.
PS the nurse and vet really knew how to talk to my kids so they too could understand. I can not explain how thank you enough
