State Gives Crain Avenue Bridge Project Additional $421,000

Does this mean that Rockwell Street will finally get paved? When the street became a detour at the onset of bridge construction, we were told the repaving was part of the bridge project. Now the city is finding excuses to delay paving, citing the fact that it would cost more than some other streets. Maybe the additional funding for the project will help them clean up the last bit of mess.
