Shame on Acme

On 1/25/14 my wife, son and I went to the E. Main st. Acme. It was snowing that day, it was a normal Ohio winter day. Acme did not do a good job of keeping the entrance/exit to the store clean and salted. When leaving the store on the east side exit before we even made it to the parking lot my wife fell and hit her head on the cement. Paramedics came and patched her up and I then took her to the hospital where she received 5 staples to close the wound.   Acmes insurance company Westfield Insurance has already denied to pay any of the medical bills and says Acme did nothing wrong. I have tried to contact some of the Acme executives and they will not even talk to me. Acme is a store that my family has shop at for over 50 years! We will never go back to Acme. I caution people who do go there to be very careful because if you do have any kind of accident you will not be treated fairly.
